Inspired by her son's health challenges, Dr. He explored energy medicine, learning from pioneers like Edgar Cayce and Donna Eden, and embraced practices such as Yoga and Taichi. This path led her to the profound wisdom of ancient Chinese medicine, centered around the vital energy known as Qi.

She obtained her Master of Oriental Medicine, followed by a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from the prestigious Pacific College of Health Science in 2022.
